The Choice Of Bridge Frame

1. In the engineering design, the layout of the bridge should be comprehensively compared according to economic rationality, technical feasibility, operation safety and other factors to determine the best plan, and fully meet the requirements of construction, installation, maintenance and repair and cable laying.
2. The height of the bridge when it is laid horizontally from the ground is generally not less than 2.5m, and the part below 1.8m when it is laid vertically should be protected by metal cover plate, except when it is laid in a special electrical room. If the cable bridge is laid horizontally in the equipment interlayer or the carrier-horse path and is lower than 2.5m, protective grounding measures should be taken.
3. The bridge, cable trough and its support hangers are used in corrosive environments and should be made of corrosion-resistant rigid materials. Or take anti-corrosion treatment, anti-corrosion treatment should meet the project
Environmental and durability requirements. Aluminum alloy cable tray should be selected for places requiring high corrosion resistance or cleanliness.
4. In the section with fire protection requirements, the bridge can be closed or semi-closed structure with fire-resistant or flame-resistant plates, nets and other materials added to the cable ladder and tray, and measures such as fire-resistant coating can be taken on the surface of the bridge and its supports and hangers. The overall fire-resistance performance should meet the requirements of relevant national codes or standards. Aluminum alloy cable bridge is not suitable for places with high fire protection requirements.
5. Cables that need to be shielded from electromagnetic interference. Or when there are environmental requirements such as outdoor sunlight, oil, corrosive liquid, flammable dust and so on. Non-perforated tray cable bridge should be selected.
6. In places where dust is easy to accumulate, cable bridge should use cover plate; Crossing sections of road in public access or outdoors. The bottom bridge should be padded with plates or use non-porous trays.
