Pay Attention To Cable Tray Installation

(1) Appearance inspection
When the cable bridge enters the construction site, the following materials shall be submitted: Product delivery certificate, regular inspection report of provincial and municipal quality supervision station and relevant technical appraisal documents, etc. The thickness of cable bridge plate shall meet the relevant requirements. The coating surface of the hot-dip galvanized cable bridge should be uniform, without defects such as over-burning, hanging ash, and local non-galvanized. Electrostatic spraying should be smooth, smooth, uniform, no skin, no bubbles, bubbles bridge itself should be flat, no distortion, the inner wall should be smooth, no burr bridge weld surface should be uniform, there should be no leakage welding, cracks, burn through and other defects.
(2)Installation position of cable tray
When the bridge is laid horizontally, the height from the ground should not be less than 2.5m. When the bridge is laid in multiple layers, in order to heat dissipation, maintenance and anti-interference needs, a certain distance should be left between the layers of the bridge. When the cable bridge is laid in parallel with various pipelines, the net distance should comply with the relevant provisions.
(3) Installation of support hanger
When the cable bridge is laid horizontally, the support span is generally 1.5~3m. When the cable bridge is laid vertically, the fixed distance should not be greater than 2m. The horizontal height difference between the two adjacent bridge brackets should not be greater than 10mm, and the vertical deviation of the vertical center line of the two adjacent bridge brackets should not be greater than 20mm.
