Stamping of metal products

The metal sheet is placed between the positive mold and the negative mold and is pressed to process the hollow molding, the depth can be deep or shallow.
Punching: The use of special tools on the metal sheet to cut out a certain shape of the process size can be applied to mass production.
Punching: basically similar to the punching process, the difference is that the former uses the punching down part, while the latter uses the remaining part of the metal sheet after punching.
Cutting: Cutting a sheet of metal is the same as cutting paper from the best position with a pair of scissors.
Chip forming: When the metal is cut, the cutting method of chip production is collectively referred to as chip forming, including milling, drilling, lathe processing and grinding, sawing and other processes.
Chip-free molding: The use of existing metal strips or metal sheets for modeling. No chips are produced. Such processes include chemical processing, corrosion, electrical discharge processing, sand blasting, laser cutting, water jet cutting and thermal cutting.
