Sand casting: Low cost, small batch, can process complex shapes, but may require a lot of post-processing processes.
Investment casting/lost-wax casting: This machining method has a high degree of continuity and precision, and can also be used for machining complex shapes. It is in the premise of relatively low processing costs, can achieve a very perfect surface effect, suitable for mass production.
Casting method: Used for processing complex shapes with high error. Due to the characteristics of the process itself, the product does not need post-processing after molding, however, only in the case of mass production can show the advantages of low cost.
Die casting method: The processing cost is high, and the cost is reasonable only in the case of mass production. But the cost of the final product is relatively low and the error is relatively high. It can be used to produce parts with thin walls.
Rotary casting: It is an ideal method for machining small parts and is often used in jewelry manufacturing. Rubber models can be used to reduce the cost of processing.
Directional curing: A very strong superheat resistant alloy with excellent fatigue resistance can be produced by pouring it into the model and then undergoing a tightly controlled heating and cooling process to eliminate any minor defects
